Associate Property Manager - Position Open

• Daily oversight and management of 65 conventional residential and 12 commercial properties.
• Show properties, receive applications and interview applicants.
• Monitor and help ensure timely rental payments with help from Bookkeeper.
• Routinely inspect properties and coordinate maintenance needs with Maintenance Supervisor.
• Update occupancy/vacancy listings and development advertising.
• Routinely review leases for end dates and renewals with scheduled rent increases.
• Troubleshoot lease and maintenance issues for appropriate action/direction.
• Prefer minimum 3 years experience as assistant or primary property manager.
• Must be proficient in WORD, Excel, QuickBooks, and related programs.
• Must be computer and internet systems knowledgeable, efficient, and effective.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have ability to be diplomatic and assertive when situation demands either or both.
• Prefer Bachelor degree or equivalent.
