Smith Enterprises Announces Two New Residential Communities

Smith Enterprises is developing two new residential communities in
Wytheville.


Construction of Fairfield Glade, on North Fourth Street, is in its first
phase, with 33 single-family lots under development. The project is slated to have 190 lots at the end of the fifth phase of development. Smith Enterprises acquired 55 acres from the Wythe County Joint Industrial Development Authority and an adjoining 25 acres from a private owner in 2007 to create the community.


The second development, College Park, is a collection of 15 single-story two- and three-bedroom patio homes, adjacent to the Wytheville Community College campus.
